After School Programs
The Tulen Center is pleased to offer after school martial arts training at Beaverton and SW Portland public and private schools. Our after school programs meet once a week for an hour after school and teach children the basics of Poekoelan.
Children will :
- Learn valuable self-defense skills
- Get a great workout
- Meet new friends
- Improve their self-confidence, discipline and patience
- Have fun!
All of our classes are taught by expert instructors, and will help your child develop discipline, physical fitness and confidence.
