No! Go! Yell! Tell! is a self-defense program designed to teach kids how to stay safe in the world. All of our material is age-appropriate and is instructed by experienced instructors. This class mainly focuses on strategies to avoid potentially dangerous situations and teaches children how to use their voice and their body to keep themselves safe.

Just the Guys is a self-defense program designed especially for fathers and sons, uncles and nephews, grandfathers and grandsons. Taught by our trained instructors
